Job Description: Sales & Marketing Administrator

About the Organisation

Fizzy Living is an exciting residential property business. We offer good quality rented accommodation, in easily commutable locations, with a management service that makes life simple. Our target market is the ‘Rentysomethings’ – the young professionals who are switched on to London-life, social media and convenient lifestyles.

We’re building a portfolio of residential properties; currently we have 5 blocks (Canning Town, Epsom, Lewisham, Poplar and Stepney Green). Our next buildings in Lewisham and Walthamstow will add 179 apartments to our current total of 314, and will complete in the summer of 2017.

Fizzy Living is well funded, and plans to own and manage over 2,000 apartments within the next 3 years.

About the role

You’ll be supporting the Sales & Marketing Coordinator during the whole lettings process; from handling enquiries to managing the production and execution of lease documents. You will support the Head of Sales & Marketing in all aspects of marketing including managing our social media accounts. 

The role is based in a dynamic environment and we don’t want to be too set in stone about what you have to do, but the key areas of responsibility are:

Delivery of Fizzy Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Updating the property portals (Rightmove & Zoopla) and our website to ensure all upcoming flats are listed on the market
  • Handling all enquiries and supporting the Sales & Marketing Coordinator with the enquiry to reservation process
  • Preparing tenancy documentation
  • Managing and updating our social media accounts

Know Your Market & Competition

We’re aiming at the ‘Rentysomething’ community, so it is vital that you:

  • Understand ‘Rentysomething’ demographics, aspirations and design trends
  • Have a general understanding of the London rental market, particularly the build-to-rent sector
  • Understand wider market dynamics that affect the Fizzy product

Customer Service (with the support of the Fizzy Operations Team)

  • Gain the respect and support of the our tenants, through delivering great customer service and understanding the Fizzy brand values
  • Prompt responses to tenant enquiries, through which ever channel they are received (telephone, email, face to face, social media)
  • Dealing with and reporting on complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with the delivery of successful open days including the preparation and execution of event launch plans and requirements
  • Working with our ‘Bobs’ to develop community initiatives and plan tenant events

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience of working in an environment where customer service is paramount (essential)
  • Social media skills (essential)
  • Educated to degree level (desirable)
  • Experience of working in the private property sector in a sales or rentals role (desirable)  


  • A good range of IT skills – particularly Excel (essential)
  • Customer care
  • Self starter and disciplined lone worker
  • Organising and planning skills
  • Negotiating skills

Terms and Conditions

  • Basic salary to £25k, dependent on skills and experience brought to the role
  • Annual performance related bonus
  • 25 days pa annual leave
  • Working pattern – 40 hours pw, to include some evening + weekend work
  • Start date: 3rd April 2017
