Fizzy has partnered up with HomeViews, the independent review platform for residential developments, to gather feedback from our tenants to see what it's really like to be part of the Fizzy community.
We are delighted to announce that HomeViews have awarded Fizzy Living a 2018 Rating of Excellence award for all of their developments. Each one received a rating of over 4 out of 5 stars by their residents and over 95% said they would recommend Fizzy Living to their friends and family. We pride ourselves on being a landlord you can trust, focused on customer service and transparency – and we are so happy that our residents agree!
The HomeViews team sat down with Harry Downes, the Managing Director for Fizzy Living to find out more.
Harry, congratulations on the fantastic ratings and feedback Fizzy Living received from residents. What is it about the Fizzy Living experience that makes your residents so happy?
I think initially they are surprised that they are renting from a landlord who actually cares about them – and then they are impressed by the level of service provided by their Bob.
Why do you believe Fizzy Living is needed within the current rental market?
The UK rental market is being asked to step into the void created by the unaffordability of the housing market to so many people. But rather than rogue landlords and short tenancies the government is looking for professional landlords with long term commitment offering longer tenancies – and Fizzy ticks all these boxes.
What does success look like for your team?
Happy tenants mean thriving communities and full buildings, which means happy staff.
What role do you believe HomeViews can play in supporting your company mission?
We have always been entirely open about what our tenants think about us – HomeViews can endorse the credibility of our results by showing that they are at arm’s length.
How are you using the resident feedback on HomeViews to improve the service you offer your residents?
We read all of the comments from tenants and act on all suggestions which we believe are viable and would enhance our offer.
Were there any ratings you were particularly pleased with and why?
Fizzy staff are always happy when work they have performed outside hours or outside the published scope is singled out for special thanks.
What does the future hold for Fizzy Living?
Fizzy has only been operating for 6 years so we are at the beginning of our journey. We believe that the BtR market will continue to grow rapidly over the next few years, and we are ideally placed to benefit from the opportunities which will be presented to us.
