Responsible to: Head of Sales & Marketing, Fizzy Living

Responsible for: Lettings Administration, Customer Service, Social Media Marketing

About the Organisation

Fizzy Living is an exciting residential property business. We offer good quality rented accommodation, in easily commutable locations, with a management service that makes life simple. Our target market is the ‘Rentysomethings’ – the young professionals who are switched on to London-life, social media and convenient lifestyles.

We’re building a portfolio of residential properties; currently we have 7 schemes (Canning Town, Epsom, Poplar, Stepney Green, Lewisham, Walthamstow and Hayes). Our next buildings in Silvertown Way will add 292 apartments to our current total of 682.

Fizzy Living is well funded, and plans to own and manage over 2,000 apartments within the next 5 years.

About the role

You’ll be supporting the team during the whole lettings process; from handling enquiries to administering tenant applications. You will support the Head of Sales & Marketing in all aspects of marketing including managing our social media accounts. 

The role is based in a dynamic environment and we don’t want to be too set in stone about what you have to do, but the key areas of responsibility are:

Lettings Administration

  • Updating the property portals (Rightmove & Zoopla) and our website to ensure all upcoming flats are listed on the market
  • Supporting the Senior Lettings Coordinator with the enquiry to reservation process
  • Handling all phone, email and live chat enquiries and arranging viewings
  • Preparing tenancy documentation
  • Managing and updating our social media accounts

Know Your Market & Competition

We’re aiming at the ‘Rentysomething’ community, so it is desirable that you:

  • Understand ‘Rentysomething’ demographics and aspirations
  • Have a general understanding of the London rental market, particularly the build-to-rent sector
  • Be aware of the Fizzy product

Customer Service (with the support of the Fizzy Operations Team)

  • Gain the respect and support of the our tenants, through delivering great customer service and understanding the Fizzy brand values
  • Prompt responses to tenant enquiries, through which ever channel they are received (telephone, email, face to face, social media)
  • Dealing with and escalating on complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with the delivery of successful open days including the preparation and execution of event launch plans and requirements
  • Working with our property managers to develop community initiatives and plan tenant events

 Knowledge and Experience

  • Social media skills (essential)
  • Educated to degree level (desirable)
  • Experience of working in an environment where customer service is paramount (desirable)

Skills

  • A good range of IT skills – particularly Excel (essential)
  • Customer care
  • Self-starter
  • Organising and planning skills

Terms and Conditions

  • Basic salary to £24k, dependent on skills and experience brought to the role
  • Annual performance related bonus up to 5% of your salary
  • 25 days pa annual leave
  • Working pattern – 40 hours pw, to include some evening + weekend work
