About the Organisation
Fizzy Living is an exciting residential property business. We offer good quality rented accommodation, in easily commutable locations, with a management service that makes life simple. Our target market is the ‘Rentysomethings’ – the young professionals who are switched on to London-life, social media and convenient lifestyles.
We’re building a portfolio of residential properties; currently we have 8 blocks (Canning Town, Epsom, 2 in Lewisham, Poplar, Hayes, Walthamstow and Stepney Green) comprising circa 700 apartments.
Fizzy Living is well funded, and plans to own and manage over 2,000 apartments within the next 3 years
About the role
You’ll be the person for ensuring the day to day delivery of a “best in class” service across our Fizzy portfolio, working alongside our Operations team. Each of our schemes has a Property Manager and you’ll need to develop a positive and productive relationship with the team and contractors. Your time will be split between the office and the portfolio.
You will be responsible for providing support regarding all property operations activities.

Repairs and Maintenance
Reporting to the Repairs Manager you would be responsible for managing residential property portfolio and would be required to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with tenants, contractors and colleagues.
