Fizzy Living secures top industry rating for digital connectivity

All Fizzy buildings come with high speed internet included in the rent as standard for residents. This initiative and connectivity has been recently recognised by WiredScore who has certified all Fizzy sites across London, with four locations – Fizzy Hayes, Fizzy Walthamstow, Fizzy Canning Town and Fizzy Epsom – securing a highly coveted ‘Silver Rating’.
 

This WiredScore rating recognises the quality of Fizzy’s digital infrastructure and the company’s commitment to ensuring a best-in-class renter experience. Tech is making life easier for residents in a whole host of ways and Fizzy’s investment in technology includes an app that allows residents to report any maintenance problems in addition to a smart parcel management system.

WiredScore Home launched in May 2019 and is the first digital connectivity rating for the build to rent market.
