Canning Town as an area offers fantastic travel connections, one of the top reasons residents love the location. HomeViews recently published a report based on the views of 5,000 tenants across the UK and many of the highest location scores for London were on the border of zones 2 and 3. This enables those working in the city centre to benefit from a reasonable commute. Its namesake Zone 2/3 tube station is on the Jubilee line, providing fast and direct links to the West End and Canary Wharf. Additionally, its DLR station whisks commuters into the City. Fizzy Canning Town was awarded a 2019 Location Award of Excellence and the rating given by residents is above the average rating for London. This is likely because within the local Canning Town area, there is plenty for residents to enjoy. There's ample strolling and picnic space nearby as the development is opposite Malmesbury Road Park. Additionally, Star Lane Park is less than a 10-minute wander away. According to their reviews, Fizzy residents love the nearby scenery and the convenience of the local area.

Another of East London’s regeneration success stories, the area has seen huge transformation since 2012. Fizzy residents have shared their reviews on why they love living in Canning Town. Many comment on the range of new shops and restaurants. There are many authentic restaurants lining up on Barking Road. Similarly, the iconic ExCel Centre hosts exhibitions, performances and sports events. There are also a number of activities and points of interest that can be quickly accessed in the area. Shoppers can reach mega-mall Westfield Stratford in just a few stops on the Jubilee line. In addition, historic Greenwich can be accessed via the Emirates Air Line cable cars.
