Fizzy Living

September Refresh

September is often associated with a fresh start, from a new school year to refreshing autumnal weather, and given the year we’ve had, we thought it would be useful to share some of our favourite ways to press the restart button.

Take a short walk every day

Walking has been proven to have a number of not just physical but mental health benefits. At Fizzy Living Walthamstow, residents have the nearby Walthamstow Wetlands for a breath of fresh air, whereas residents at Stepney Green have a number of local parks nearby including Victoria Park and Shandy Park on their doorstep.

Spend time with friends

Spending time with close friends and family is one of the most popular ways to refresh. At Fizzy Living there are a number of communal spaces and areas where you can take a break with your neighbours (at a distance) or with your close friends. Fizzy Lewisham, Epsom and Hayes even have rooftop terraces with stunning views, perfect for those crisp Autumn evenings.

Spend time with animals

Stroking a cat or dog has been scientifically proven to lower stress levels. At Fizzy Living we welcome pets in all of our homes and don’t see why renting should get in the way of a new, furry family member. We’re proud to have been named London’s ‘most pet-friendly landlord’ by Time Out magazine.

Each Fizzy building has a range of amenities close by, from delicious restaurants to local gyms and most importantly, enviable transport connections that make getting around London as easy as possible. Learn more about Fizzy here

Homes at Fizzy Living start from £1,285pcm.
