Stepney Green is where East London meets the city. The area boasts stunning views of Canary Warf and its iconic skyline as well as fantastic independent eateries full of East London energy.

There are countless amenities, things to do, bars, and dog walking spots on the doorstep of Fizzy Stepney Green, but here’s a handful to start you off:

Stepney Green tube station is a 5 minute walk from Fizzy, while Limehouse and Mile End can be reached in 10-12 minutes. This means you can easily reach 5 different rail lines: District, Hammersmith and City, Central, DLR and C2C – not too shabby!

2. Essentials

There is a choice of three supermarkets a stone’s throw from Fizzy Stepney Green. The Co-Operative is only 5 minutes away, neighbouring the tube station, then there’s a big ASDA and a Sainsbury’s a few minutes further, respectively. Include Lidl 20 mins walk away – big hit with our tenants!

3. Explore

This is child and adult appropriate, with opportunities to learn about animals and agriculture as well as a traditional farmers’ market on Saturdays and lots more regular activities (check out their site). 4. Wine and Dine

Opposite Stepney Green station is a fantastic Turkish restaurant called Efes (after the popular Turkish beer brand) – this is a firm Fizzy favourite, serving up delicious, traditional cuisine in a low-key setting complete with open kitchen so you can watch the shish sizzle.

A little further afield at just over a mile away are two fabulous spots where you can prop up the bar with your new favourite tipple, whether it’s a craft beer or a botanical gin. The Star of Bethnal Green boasts an impressive drinks list and bargain cocktails on Thursdays – 2 for £10 (as well as the suitably juicy looking burger menu).

Satan’s Whiskers is a little different, ranked 5 stars by TimeOut it breaks the east London bar mould, with hip hop on the stereo, a smartly modish setting, vintage French posters and a cocktail menu that changes daily. You’re welcome!
