Welcome Fizzy East16!  

Fizzy Living is a community and there are few things that make us happier than adding to the Fizzy family.

We’re extremely pleased to be welcome Fizzy East16 to the ranks, our second site in Canning Town and our most exciting building yet.

Each of the 292 apartments have outdoor space, can come fully furnished and also include WiredScore Gold rated high-speed internet as standard. There’s also a whole host of extras including a yoga studio, a fantastic, stylish communal lounge and co-working space that leads out onto an outdoor podium garden. Called the ‘F Club’, it’s a space to meet, work and play, exclusively for the use of Fizzy East16 residents.

The building is a 30-second walk from Canning Town station with Canary Wharf just four minutes away, Stratford 14 minutes away and you can be in the City in 20 minutes.

TimeOut named us ‘London’s most pet-friendly landlord’ and Fizzy East16 really highlights this - pets aren’t just allowed but are welcomed with open arms.

There’s a pet-friendly furniture pack on offer which can withstand more wear and tear, designated pet-only floors and the ‘Pawder’ room, a specially designed dog-washroom to. There’s also a well-equipped ‘pet station’ providing treats and toys for all four-legged residents.
