Terms & Conditions for four week's free rent

• In order to qualify, tenants must have been sent an offer for a property by Fizzy Living LLP, Fizzy Hayes LLP and have paid the requested holding deposit by the specified deadline date.
  
• Offers for flats will only be sent to tenants once Fizzy Living LLP are able to confirm move in dates.
  
• To claim the four week’s free rent, the tenancy must start before the date specified by Fizzy.
  
• The four week’s free rent applies to selected townhouses in Fizzy Living.
  
• The four week’s free rent will be applied on the second full month, subject to the resident(s) adhering to the terms tenancy agreement.
  
• The credit for four weeks free rent is applicable for rent only and does not include additional services such as parking etc.
  
• This offer is not applicable to company lets
  
• Signing a tenancy agreement and receiving the two week’s free rent offer is subject to the applicant passing tenant referencing checks and adhering to the tenancy agreement upon taking occupation of the offered flat.
  
• No cash equivalents or alternative options will be entertained by Fizzy Living LLP.
  
• Fizzy Living LLP offers only fixed term 12 month contract.

• This offer is applicable when reserving selected flats at our Fizzy East16 location.
• In order to qualify, tenants must have been sent an offer for a property by Fizzy Living LLP and have paid the requested holding deposit by the specified deadline date.

Terms & Conditions for Fizzy Dip

• The prize draw is open to all Fizzy Living residents who have had an active AST tenancy for 6 months or more.
• The prize draw is only open to residents who are not in breach of any part of their tenancy agreement.
• The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
• All HomeViews reviews must be submitted via the link provided in the Fizzy App. Only one entry per person is entered, however you may leave 2 reviews a year (1st Jan-31St Dec 2021).
• You must be following Fizzy on Instagram @fizzyliving
• The prize will be in the form of one month’s free rent. NB. Rent only, this does not apply to utilities or parking.
• The competition opens to Fizzy Residents on the 1st of the month at midnight and thereon after at the same point each month.
• Closing date for entry is midnight on the 27th of each month. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
• Any resident who may have moved flats within their Fizzy building or new Fizzy building will be entered into the competition.
• Any residents who have submitted notice on their Fizzy flat will not be entered into the draw.
• Fizzy Living accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
• HomeViews will independently choose a winner per month from all valid entries.
• The winner will be notified by email and/or on the Fizzy App by 1pm on the 28th of the month.
• If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
• No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• The prize will be applied to the following month’s rent run.
• The winner will be contacted by Fizzy to request permission to use the winner’s name and photograph on Fizzy Living’s social media accounts and website, as well as promotional activity such as PR campaigns and blogs.
• The winner may be contacted by Fizzy Living or Two Blue Communications (Fizzy’s PR agency) to request a quote for use in a press release.
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without a liability to any entrants or third parties.
• The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Terms & Conditions for Refer a friend

• The offer is only applicable for Fizzy residents in an active tenancy agreement at Fizzy Canning Town LLP, Fizzy Epsom LLP, Fizzy Poplar LLP, Fizzy Stepney Green LLP, Fizzy Lewisham LLP, Fizzy Lewisham B1 LLP, Fizzy Walthamstow LLP, Fizzy Hayes LLP or Fizzy East16.
• The offer is not valid for residents who have served notice, or who have terminated their tenancy agreement with Fizzy.
• Signing a tenancy agreement and receiving the £250 love2shop voucher for the referred resident is subject to passing tenant referencing checks and all upfront payment is to be settled by the agreed move in date.
• The voucher will be gifted to you within the first 3 months of the tenancy start date of the referred resident and is subject to both parties adhering to the terms of their respective tenancy agreements.
