Fizzy’s first townhouses for the new generation of Fizzy families
We’re used to welcoming a wide range of residents at Fizzy – from pet-owing City workers to self-employed luxury travel consultants. We believe a diverse community is a happy and fun-loving one, which tenants will want to remain part of for longer. So far, we feel pretty vindicated in this approach: our average length of tenancy, at around 1.5 years, is well clear of the London average (and comes despite the fact we are super flexible and offer break clauses after six months).
Fizzy Hayes is the first of our schemes to offer townhouses, alongside the usual selection of apartment choices. These three-bedroom, three-storey units enjoy all the benefits one would expect from a Fizzy home: they’re bright, modern, open plan and can be creatively furnished with cool artwork and trendy furniture. But they’ve also got that bit of added space which makes them perfect for accommodating our first crop of Fizzy families.
The perfect homes
Secure and conveniently located – Fizzy Hayes is only a five-minute walk from the nearest mainline station which can get commuters into Paddington in under 20 minutes – the townhouses are ideal for those with young children, who want hassle-free living and need to balance the school run with the office commute. It’s worth pointing out too that the third bedroom in these new Fizzy homes is incredibly versatile. Since it’s located on the ground floor and enjoys bright front-facing views, it could easily double-up as a creche, private study or even a playroom. The homes also come complete with private patios that open onto the development’s raised garden terrace, making these spots ideal children’s play areas or dog-friendly enclaves. It’s this adaptability – so important to young, mobile families – that really helps the townhouses stand out.
But what really marks these homes out is their rarity. While the private rental market is full of apartments of different shapes and sizes, actual houses are few and far between. Perhaps this is because many private landlords view renting as the preserve of young people with no children looking for a stop-gap before home-ownership. Not at Fizzy. All Fizzy customers benefit from our amazing site-specific property managers, who look after repairs, block parties and even the odd sickly resident. We also value communal living space at Fizzy (again, community really matters to us). At Fizzy Hayes, our team has advanced the concept of communal living by creating a shared rooftop terrace – complete with green spaces and wi-fi enabled, it’s a great place to chill out, especially in the summertime when residents will be treated to a wonderful panorama of the Old Vinyl Factory.
