At Fizzy Living we’re all about community. It’s part of our aim to reinvent renting and means that there’s more to our buildings than just your home. Here’s some of the ways we’re different from other landlords.

#Free Internet

WiredScore GOLD certified, we provide a secure internet connection across all of our buildings. This is included in the monthly rent and makes working from home, connecting with friends and family or streaming your favourite Netflix show blip free.

#Pets welcome

We were named by TimeOut magazine as ‘London’s most pet-friendly landlord’ as we actively encourage and welcome pets in all of our buildings. Our newest site Fizzy East16 in Canning Town is our most pet-friendly yet with dedicated pet stations and a ‘Pawder room’ for our four-legged residents.

#BOBs on site

Each of our developments has a ‘BOB’ on site every day! Our bobs are more than a property manager. BOBs organise any repairs, sign for parcels, help new residents settle in and encourage interaction between neighbours. They’ve even been known to water plants while tenants are on holiday and take residents’ dogs for a walk. Bobs are at the heart of each Fizzy building and truly make living at Fizzy a more engaging place to live.

#Events

With the support of our Bob’s we regularly organise events at each building. These often include drink events, yoga classes and summer parties.

#Work-from-Fizzy

Some of our buildings such as Walthamstow and Fizzy East16 have dedicated workspaces where you can work from home in the company of other Fizzy residents.

As well as an built-in community each Fizzy building has a range of amenities close by, from delicious restaurants to local gyms and most importantly, enviable transport connections that make getting around London as easy as possible.
