Customer Care Survey

Thank you to all our residents who completed our Annual Customer Care Survey on HomeViews back in March. We were thrilled with the response rate and really appreciate the comments and feedback and also your kind words! 

We are delighted that 100% of tenants who left us a review in Canning Town, Stepney Green and Walthamstow would recommend Fizzy to friends and family. Overall Fizzy as a landlord have 4.4 stars out of 5 on the platform and we have won 24 awards across all of our buildings! 

Fizzy are also currently the most transparent landlord on the HomeViews platform, this is thanks to our high volume of reviews from tenants. We are delighted to see that the gardens and communal spaces have been enjoyed throughout the pandemic and that you appreciate our cleaning teams and efforts to help make our resident's lives that little bit easier. We receievd comments that more content on the app would be appreciated so we will work on this and keep providing useful information for our tenants.
