Renting…but not as you know it

At Fizzy Living we are proud to be community-focused and this extends beyond just our buildings, so we’re incredibly excited to be to be part of Love to Rent Week 2021, the online community for developments like ours. 

Love to Rent is a portal exclusively designed to market build-to-rent developments and is launching the first customer awareness week 24-28 May 2021 to promote the benefits of renting a build-to-rent home.

At Fizzy, these include free WiredScore certified broadband, community events, a Fizzy app to connect with the team on site and fellow residents, as well as swift repairs and high-quality appliances and furnishings.

One of the best benefits of renting at Fizzy is our pet-friendly policy, every single one of our buildings welcomes pets with many of our existing residents citing this as their main reason for choosing Fizzy.

At our newest building in Canning Town, FizzyEast16, we’ve pushed the boundaries to make it the most pet-friendly building in the capital. As well as designated pet-friendly floors, those with pets will be able to make use of ‘The Pawder Room’, a specially designed dog-washroom.

Whilst all Fizzy locations include a ‘pet station’ equipped with treats, toys and paw wipes, Fizzy East16’s is the biggest one yet with resident pet-owners also having the option to receive a pet-friendly furniture pack which includes items that have been carefully selected to withstand more wear and tear than usual.
