We think London is the best place on the planet to call home. It’s a creative city with a rich history and diverse culture. You will almost certainly never be bored here. But living in London can also be a challenge, particularly if you’re moving here from another part of the UK or another country. Finding friendships, feeling safe and having fun are the key to making the move to London a success. While apartments to rent can be found all over London, apartments to call ‘home’ are in very short supply.

Bobs

A familiar face on reception makes all the difference and that’s why we think our on-site property managers (we call them Bobs) make Fizzy extra special. Their job is to make renting with us simple and hassle-free, providing exceptional customer service and always going that extra mile by taking in parcels, welcoming guests and even watering plants while you’re on holidayEach Fizzy site has a Bob of its own and it’s their mission to make Fizzy a happy, safe and friendly place. Pet Friendly Landlord

We are a nation of animal lovers but for pet-owners who rent the story is a little less rosy. Most private landlords unfortunately have a strict no pets policy. According to a survey by The Dogs Trust, 78% of pet owners have had trouble finding accommodation which accepts pets. This is particularly true in London, where a high deposit for pet-owning tenants – or an outright ban – is commonplace. Fizzy on the other hand is a pet friendly landlord and we welcome furry companions in six out of the seven of our developments, with pet grooming stations and regular “Yappy Hour” social events to allow pet owners to mingle.

Our parties are legendary! Most Fizzy buildings come with a communal area and our events are a fun and informal way to get chatting to your neighbours and people you might have seen in the corridor or lift. Past events include landlord vs tenants football matches, rooftop brunches, and summer BBQs. We host a variety of events so that there is something for everyone.
